Real Estate Photography
Hello there!
With 5+ years of experience in Real Estate and Vacation Rental photography I truly enjoy showcasing a home and making it shine. I specialize in shooting and editing images for residential and short term rental properties, am FAA Part 107 licensed, and am flexible with travel.
A typical single property shoot includes at least 25 photos of the exterior and interior during daytime, HDR processing and editing, and digital download of high quality files via a private client gallery page.
Additional options:
- Twilight Exterior: Twilight photography is created at sundown and can capture a very inviting, warm look
- Drone photography
- Sign/lockbox Installation, Storage, Pickup: install/pickup/removal, storage included if needed
- Advice on staging and preparing for your appointment
I typically service a 100 mile radius of Richmond, VA, though am open to other national and international travel inquiries.

All photography is handled by Maria Degtiarenko and includes post production, same-day turn-around, and a link to a private proofing page where one may view and download the photos. All pricing includes limited license for the purpose of marketing the property for sale by the client who contracted the photography. Billing is through Inly.com (all credit cards accepted).
